"I had ordered two items back in June. Unfortunately, I didn't open them for use until last week. I ordered the wrong items, actually, totally my fault. I reached out to Customer Service. I received a very prompt and courteous response, explaining the return steps. I let the Customer Service gentleman, Cameron know, that I ordered the wrong item and had opened one, but had not used it. Again, I received a very prompt response telling me that it was no problem returning both, as long as they were unused. Then, today, I sent both items back and provider the Company and Cameron with the USPS information. THEY ALREADY CREDITED MY CREDIT CARD. I cannot remember ever having such excellent customer service on a return...prompt, courteous, polite, helpful, friendly. JUST WOW. This Company really stands behind their products. WELL DONE VAPOR AUTHORITY. Best customer service experience I have ever had."
