Absolutely NO Customer service
"Ordered a $400 desk chair. All I can say is it is my fault for not reading the reviews of this company before my purchase. Their customer service is the worst I have every not had the pleasure of dealing with. I cancelled order. DO NOT SHOP AT OFFICE DEPOT!"
