Quality Issues
"I ended up sending the product back. The first time I wore the slippers on my hardwood floor, a bunch of the small round rubber grips on the bottom of the slipper rubbed off.
I sent emails to customer service and ended up conversing with the President of the company. He said that they have never seen this before and in the end sent me a shipping label to return the product.
The slippers are very comfortable, but I have a small dog and can't take the chance of him eating the small rubber pieces coming off of the slippers."
