"It was listed as a "Super Sale" with NO indication that it was not in stock.
Received an email confirmation of my order. There was NO indication that the item was not in stock in this order confirmation.
Logged into my account five (5) days later as I had heard nothing from the company, and found that the order was listed as 'awaiting payment.' There was NO INDICATION that my order was not in stock on the website's order history for my order. Just that the order was awaiting payment.
Contacted my credit card bank and the charge had not been run by the company. Weird.
Reached out to the merchant on their website, and they informed me that the item was NOT in stock and asked if I wanted to go on a back order status.
Reviewed other customer's feedback and found that this company apparently has numerous issues filling orders and communicating accurately with many of its customers.
Wish I had known that before I ordered from them."
"Right hand does not know what left hand is doing at this place. Cross communication is almost non-existent amongst employees. They are absolutely NOT interested in cultivating good, repeat customers. Their sole focus is in copping attitudes, and making the customer wrong. "Argue enough for your limitations, and sure enough they are yours.""
"They absolutely do NOT know (defined as actually knowing what is or is not in stock) what is in their inventory. You will waste valuable time with them online and on the phone working up an order for an item that their website says is in stock; however, you will then find out the item is NOT in stock and you have to wait MONTHS for the item to arrive. Calling them and speaking to customer service you will receive a DIFFERENT explanation of incompetence than the one you receive on 'live chat,' which is further evidence that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing."
