"First you can't see what the product will look like after you upload your image.... they say to call customer support to see a sample.. not sure how you're supposed to see through a phone... then they send me an email with this horrible grainy black and white picture that you can barely tell it's my logo and it still doesn't even show how it will look on my envelopes... it was just a worse version of what I sent them.. so I notice the email they sent me and while I'm chatting with customer support I tell her that " i hope my order isn't just in black ink.. the logo I sent and paid for was red and blue"... she tells me there was fine print somewhere that said if I wanted color I had to call customer support... gotta be kidding me.. .why would placing a simple order be so difficult? Needless to say once she told me my order had plans to just be printed in black and that I should call the 1800# to update my order before they print I just told her to cancel the order... Never again..."
