Just horrible
"I ordered a charging rectifier, diode, and battery for a Honda Superhawk on May 07. They charged my CC immediately and the order confirmation stated expected delivery between May 20 and 25. By June 01 still no parts. They are impossible to reach by phone; every time you call the number you get a recording and you start in the queue as 'Caller #32'...every time. Finally I got through to someone via the chat function and was informed that the order had not yet even shipped (25 days after I placed it) because the battery was on back-order! They said the battery should be there within 4 weeks and they would ship the order then. Good bye, motorcycle season in Oregon! I have tried every way I can think of to reach them and tell them to cancel the battery and ship the other parts immediately, or just cancel the whole order and refund my card but it is impossible to reach them and now they have actually closed 45min before their published closing time. Stay FAR AWAY from this disreputable vendor."
