"I ordered a pair of prescription glasses as it was my only option from Davis Vision. The glasses never shipped. I'd contact customer support and they'd tell me that there was an error that they couldn't fix so my order would have to be cancelled and resubmitted. Which would have been fine, but then they never actually cancelled the order so my insurance benefits were never updated. So whenever I tried to re-order them I'd have to pay full price because my insurance thinks I already got glasses. The whole ordeal was such a pain in the **** that I ended up just ordering glasses elsewhere and bypassing the insurance all together. Do yourself a favor and just order glasses directly from the manufacturer."
