Never ordering from Frames By Mail again!
"Awful experience. I ordered a custom frame (total cost $110). It arrived 1) broken and 2) with the wrong matte size.
I emailed them to ask for a replacement (ie a frame that was not broken and with the matte size I ordered) and they told me I would have to mail them the the broken frame in order to get it replaced.
The frame, being as large as it was, would have cost me $50 to ship back to them.
Will NEVER use them again. Such a shame, as I had previously bought from them and had positive experiences."
