"I ordered 3 pair of jeans on 9/2018. Nothing indicated they were out of stock. After weeks of waiting and multiple emails to check on my order, I received an email in November saying all orders in house prior to that date would be canceled because of the backlog of orders and I would have to place a new order. I was frustrated but I emailed and verified the jeans I wanted were in stock and immediately placed the order. After a couple of weeks and no shipping notification, I found out today 12/3 they were out of stock again! After 2 1/2 months and multiple emails back and forth....I still have no jeans! I told them I had verified they were in stock before I had to re order but was told me they fill orders as they receive them. So....my order that was placed 9/20 that GOT CANCELED did not matter! They placed priority on the reorders over my original order!??! I'm livid. My son needed these for hunting season and now.....nothing! Terrible and shameful service! Never order from these people."
