Terrible customer service, never received product
"Ordered product and never received. Many email communications, always assuring me product was on the way, yet it never happened. The more times I inquired about where the product was, the more emphatic the email responses became that it was on the way and asking me to cooperate. Horrible company, completely incompetent. Ultimately, had to contact my credit card company to ensure no charges were made against the card for shipment of product that never was sent."
