"I normally check out online retailers on this site but having been in the airline business and Skymall around for decades, I didn't check reviews. What a huge mistake. I placed an order for a Cue radio and aux speaker on Mon the 15th with so called "rush delivery". Two days later no followup or email confirmation so I called and was told it was up to the vendor to provide that information but arrival should be on the 19th. That date came and went and on the 20th got a phone msg on my machine that the aux speaker was back ordered and would not ship until Jan 13th. Today, Mon the 22nd, no emails validating the order from the vendor, no tracking information so I called customer "service" and was told again that was all up to the vendor and not their responsibility. I told them that if they're not going to back up their products and assume no responsibility then they should be in another business and canceled the order. The final insult was on checking their website after the call is that aux speaker is still on their website as available for shipping. I've done a lot of online buying but Skymall is the worst I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY from this irresponsible, unreliable operation."
