"Great Prices. Excellent customer service. Free shipping a major plus, considering the Rainbow Prestige weighs more than 100 lbs.
Austin Maurer, the New Jersey Branch Manager, provided answers to all my questions in a professional, knowledgeable and patient manner. He worked his delivery time - quick, I may add - around my schedule. The ladder could have been delivered sooner, but I needed a few extra days, so I informed Austin to delay it a few days and he accommodated my schedule.
Overall, I highly recommend Industrial Ladder and Supply Company.
