"I made two orders online in November, 2018 for delivery before Christmas. Never received a confirmation email after placing the orders. Called customer service a couple days later to confirm. The rep told me the order did not exist, but after 20 minutes, was able to locate them and said she would send the confirmation email. Again, did not receive the email, so I called back again. Again, was told the order did not exist, but after 42 minutes, the rep was able to locate them. The packages did not arrive when they should have. Called back to find out what the status was. Once again, was told the order did not exist, but eventually the rep did find them. I was told the orders were still in the warehouse and will be shipped soon. After the packages were still not delivered, I called back to hear that one of the items was out of stock. The rep told me they would ship a replacement overnight. The next day, there was still no delivery. Calling again to customer service, I was told there was no record of any of my previous calls and that the orders would be shipped overnight (again). The rep told me they would offer a refund of the purchase price for the troubles, which should have been in my account by December 24th. I spoke with 2 different supervisors about the refund. Today is February 3rd, and I still have not received anything. I have lost all trust in Hickory Farms, and will no longer be doing business with them."
