Wrong shipment sent, no follow up
"I love you guys, but you blew it, in my opinion. I sent me daughter a birthday present, which should have arrived the day before her birthday. She was not home at the time, so her husband opened it, as there was no card attached. Turns out you shipped my daughter someone else's purchase. I got an email stating the item was delivered, so I thought she had her gift. I waited for her to tell me she loved it, but instead heard the entire story. There was a second email regarding a refund, so I asked what the refund was for, and instead got an automated response, but no phone call. I'm pretty sad- first time I've ever, in 37 years, not gotten her birthday present to her on time."
