Used, missing items and STILL no return.
"Purchased a unit in July, recvd in Aug used, missing items needed to work and called to have items sent separately. Was told can only replace entire unit IF there is another one in inventory so best to call manufacturer. Tried jumping through those hoops to no avail, so ORDERED a whole new unit and have recvd but still attempting (since no return label recvd) to return original CLEARLY USED UNIT that should have NEVER been sent out! Completely ridiculous tactics, absolutely not worth the small bit of savings that one is originally enticed with by purchasing through this site. Lesson learned, will not repeat. So far have a charge of $1400 on my credit card."

Customer ordered an air rifle. We shipped a NEW air rifle to him. We sell hundreds and hundreds of air rifles and source all of them direct from manufacturers and/or distribution. We have no way to buy used items. Customer claimed the air rifle he received was missing parts and wanted us to send him the missing parts. This was a reasonable request, but we only buy and sell complete units and do not carry missing parts. We suggested that he 1) contact the manufacturer to have them send the missing parts or 2) buy a new unit and return the one he had for a full refund. I'm not sure what else we could have done as we do not carry parts. We realize that it's frustrating to receive any product with missing parts though. No person wants to go through that, and we apologize for the trouble experienced. We will make sure that in the end, you receive 1 complete new air rifle.
