"Order placed on 10/7/07. About 2 weeks later I received an email stating the pairs of shoes I ordered were back ordered and would be shipped within a short time. When I still had not received them by 12/2 I went on line to obtain contact info and found several complaints for the same issue I was having. I reached customer service on 12/3 after 1/2 hour wait, cancelled order and was told I would be credited with a refund within 30 days. I insisted on immediate refund because my card was charged over 2 months ago. The response was that they had 30 days to credit my card and that was their policy. I then asked to speak with a manager and stated I would call the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs if I was not given immediate refund. I was then tranfered to manager who stated immediate refund would be credited."
