No Answer to Calls - Rating should be zero.
"Ordered a battery refill on 2/2/18 and didn't receive a shipping label within 2 days. I attempted to call repeatedly over the course of 4 days and received a message each time that "the person you have called is unavailable right now. Message 2 switch 695." I finally sent an email to the company to cancel order. Advise against doing business with this company."
