"Good Experience. Ruby was very good in helping me get the right combination of features for my new computer. Back order on docking station could have be notified earlier. Set-up good on everything except e mail, expected that! Don't like set-up and operation of of 2010 Outlook Express, first discusssion with Tech support did not solve problem, made it worse--had to go back to BellSouth. Will try again, after upcoming trip.
Should improve delivery area and process. After spending $2400, I don't expect to be sent to the back junk room to get my computer. Equipment should be delivered in the high class area. Customer experience should always be positive. For a guy who teaches management and marketing, this was a negative surprise.
