"I placed an order on O9/25/23.
I did not even get a tracking info 10/2/23 so I wrote an email asking: How do I track the order?
Then on 10/2/23 from ****@****, saying:
Hello ****
Our apologies.
Per Dealer/MB
The part (s) you ordered is currently Backordered.
...
We can continue to wait or Cancel the part.
Please advise

So on 10/2/23 I wrote back
“...
Please cancel the order and refund. “
But still after a few day I had not got the refund.
Then I called a few days later, a man answered and said he would check into it.
Now in my heart I know this company is a sm. But fortunately it use PayPal for payment.
Then I appealed to PayPal on 10/16/23 for a refund for a product not delivered.
On 10/26/23 I received an email from PayPal as following:
“We've issued a refund of $. to you on October 26, 2023. It may take up to 5 days for this refund to be reflected on your PayPal account or …”
Good Job PayPal.
I hope my case will help many of us who are scammed."
