"I ordered the Motorola L2 and payed extra for 3 day shipping. While I was happy the phone arrived on time, I was UNHAPPY for a couple of reasons. 1) Detailed usage guide was in ITALIAN! of no use to me. 2) The charger that arrived with the phone was for the Hong Kong region!! I specifically called prior purchasing the phone to ask for a European charger but recieved a useless one instead. I now have to go find and purchase another one. 3) The phone is supposed to be pre-programmed with numerous ringtones and other software, however, the phone arrived blank. Thank goodness for its bluetooth feature that allowed me to upload a ringtone and therefore know when I am recieving a call!! Keep in mind it's only been a week and a half with the phone...this list could get longer!"
