"I was very pleased with the entire process.It was my first experience with ordering from this company and I liked the ease of ordering on the online web site. I ordered 2 pair of skates, one for a boy and one for a girl. I received the boys skates the very next day. I couldn't believe it!!! I received the girls skates 4 days later. Again, very pleased. The people I spoke to on the phone after I had placed my order, were very courteous and efficient. I am very impressed and would not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you!!!!!!!"
