Item says it was shipped when it never was and they took my money
"Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a plastic garage on November 11th, but never received anything even though the estimated delivery date was 11/15. It is now 11/26- still nothing. This company also took $2100 but decided to refund $1400 of it, despite the fact it says the item has shipped. There is no item and no tracking on this item. They still owe me $700 for this item. I had an amazon customer service agent put in a claim today. These people should not be allowed to sell anything ever."
