"Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company."
