Dont waste your time with these scam artists
"They list products as in stock when they are actually on back order. I ordered a black toner cartridge 9 days ago, I actually forgot the order until looking through my email and noticed that it has been over a week with no tracking update. Called them and was told on back order despite my looking at the site while on the phone and the site states in stock. This company in my opinion nothing but a bunch of scam artists and what makes it worse is that they show no remorse for conning, lying and deceiving customers. If you find yourself in this situation dont call them to cancel the order, contact your CC company to submit a dispute which will cost them a fee."

Why subject yourself to the hassle and uncertainty of a HD purchase
"Rating is based on my satisfaction with Home Depot and not the product itself, as of this review the unit has been installed but not yet tested however I am very happy with Symmons customer service as you will read below and is why I would recommend Symmons.
The unit arrived missing the 2 dome covers for the diverter and mixing valves which wasnt discovered until the uit was installed. Upon contacting Home Depot to get the issue resolved I was told that I would have to return the unit and get a replacement, when I told the genius in HD customer service that it was already installed, I was told that I was essentially out of luck.
Well you know who is out of luck HD, you, you lost a customer and I will be closing my charge account, I will try my luck at the local HW stores and your competitors. I dont mind paying a bit more for quality products and superior customer service.
I called Symmons and explained the problem to them and in less than 10 minutes I had an order number for the replacement parts they were going to ship out. I have installed Symmons in both of our bathrooms and am very happy with the way they handled this for me.
Just an FYI...I resorted to leaving this true and accurate review of my HD experience on external sites because HD likes to practice censorship and rejects any reviews critical of their poor performance and capabilities.
