"Back in September I had made an inquiry about purchasing some challenge coins. Evelyn was the person to help provide me assistance and point me in the right directions, she was very patient and made the process very smooth. After a month had passed when I made my inquiry, she reached out to check if I was still willing to make a purchase (which I was). Customer service went above and beyond as she was quick to respond as well as giving me the precise information I needed when it came to pricing.
