"Same as the most recent review...I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom on 2/7. Was told 35-37 days and as of today still had no dress. We are going to have to have it altered locally and need a week or two to get that done. I have emailed and chatted multiple times and get the same responses which tell you nothing. Then they don't send a follow up unless you email again. Finally last night they tell me that I will have it around 4/8. That is 2 months after we bought it and too late to get it altered in time for her prom. I asked for a refund this morning and hope to get it so I don't have to take legally action. This was a total waste of time and has done nothing but stress myself and my daughter out on what should be a fun occasion! I will not be using them again!
Update: I was promised a refund within 48 hours on 3/20. Have not received it yet and they will not respond to my emails."
