Worst customer experience of my life. Owner screamed at me and called me an idiot.
"I ordered a pair of soft shoes late Thursday night, December 6 (2018). My daughters shoes had broken and she had a Feis in less than 3 days so I had to pay $50 on “ next day shipping” in order to get them on time. Unfortunately, I realized immediately after ordering that the sizes for little kids run very differently than adults, and the shoes I had ordered were going to be much too small (by the way none of this sizing info was available on Keily’s website; I found it on Corrs’ Shoes direct website). Realizing the urgency of the situation, I emailed them about 20 min after ordering to cancel. I then called them the next morning as soon as I woke up at 6:30 am and left a voicemail. I emailed them again at 10:30 am Friday and called again at 1 pm and 4:00 pm, both times leaving voicemails. The owner, Denis Keily, finally returned my call around 5:30 pm Friday evening and unapologetically told me it was too late and the shoes had shipped. He kept saying it was a busy time of year and no one had time to check email, answer phones or listen to voicemails (!?!). I told him I didn’t think I should have to pay the shipping charge because I made several urgent attempts to cancel. He audibly scoffed at me and said it was my fault for ordering them in the first place. He became very rude very fast. When I replied I would be writing a bad review and telling my friends about this experience, he started shouting at me, calling me an “idiot” many times because I didn’t know “next day air” doesn’t mean it arrives the next day and they had to rush the shipping to get it to me on time. He was yelling so much I couldn’t get a word in and my 4 & 6 year old were with me so I just kept asking him to calm down and told him my kids were hearing him scream at me ( even though I took him off speaker, the kids could hear him screaming the entire time). After he suddenly hung up on me, I called my credit card company and explained the situation and they are disputing the shipping charge on my behalf. I’ve since returned the shoes and my credit card company says they will not pay the charge since I have all of the emails on record to back up my complaint. Throughout this whole process, Denis Keily has been shockingly arrogant and nasty. So to sum it all up, I’ll never order from them again and would strongly advise you to go somewhere else for your dance shoes. There are plenty of reputable resellers out there that would treat an unhappy customer with respect and dignity, no matter what."
