WARNING!! UNAUTHORIZED SHIPPING CHARGES
"Boots came with deep leather scratches, glue in the zipper teeth and no insole in one.
They are charging my card another $7 for return shipping!!
Customer care emailed back telling me to call instead due to the overwhelming volume of inquiries, their team "cannot call out"
What a scam! Not woth the hassle."
