Multiple Terrible Experiences
"I have had four terrible experiences in total within the past year from this location. I would like to be clear, it's not Autotire I have a problem with but just this location.
The first time I stopped in I needed a basic oil change and a check on my tires because my low tire pressure light came on again after filling them with air. They said they fixed it up, rotated and cleaned the tires. The front desk worker said the maitenence would take up to an hour so I said I would wait. I checked in with the guy at the front about an hour and a half later who said it would be done shortly... I was waiting over 3 hours for a standard oil change and tire check and the guy called my name aloud so I went to the desk (somewhat annoyed I admit) and the guy apologized, saying that they thought I had gone and that they didn't have my number. The light went off that night and came on within the next week. I went back. This time they stated that a valve had been broken and that they re-sealed the tires and set them up with new valves. Guys, my light came back on within two weeks. So I went to a different location (finally, right?) and they said the other location had messed up and apologized and physically showed me how the tires were incorrectly sealed. So they sent me on my way and I have had no problems with the tires since (minus some cold weather).
So I had some bad experiences and I called the (bad) location to just let the manager know (maybe he has no idea, right?) and he stated he was a new manager and apologized in behalf of the other guy and they offered me a free oil change. Well now I go to redeem it and I called to ask how to use it and the "manager" I spoke with said he didn't have anything on record and had not spoken with me before. Great service or what?
On the plus, I went to Midas today and they were all around great!"
