I’d give zero stars if I could.
"I’d leave zero stars if I could. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a costume from somewhere. I requested to cancel my order because they informed me that it wouldn’t make my con in time. They asked me to confirm for a refund and I confirmed it. About a week goes by and I email them to check in on my refund and they informed me that my dress was shipped a week after I requested a cancel. I asked them to cancel it still (as they didn’t give me a tracking number). The next email I got was a tracking number saying that the dress would come that Thursday )it was Monday). The dress didn’t come that Thursday. The item arrived about a week later and I requested an address to ship my costume back for a refund (as they told me this was the only way) and I haven’t heard a response. I’ve emailed them three times each about a week apart asking for a return label and refund. Don’t buy from here."
