Worst Customer Service EVER!
"Bought a brand new Motobecane. Did not even last for two short test drives. Derailleur and chain seized going thru the gears on a gentle flat surface ride. Broke the derailleur right off the mount. Contacted the company and they would not accept any responsibility for having the wrong chain (11 speed instead of 12 speed chain). Their response "I am sorry but all the bikes are built and partially assembled at the factor overseas, we simply ship and receive the items. We have no part in the manufacturing or assembly of their bikes." Don't waste your time with this company. There are so many more reputable companies that will stand behind their products."
