Untrustworthy
"I made an appointment on line for a full synthetic oil change. It took more than 2 hours and the tag in my car said it was synthetic blend. They claimed it was a mistake and I got full synthetic. Plus they were supposed to check my brakes and I know I need front brakes although they didn't mention it. Their customer service was not helpful. I wonder if they really rotated my tires. I don't trust them and will not go there again."

"Bought a refurbished device here which didn't work. They expected me to mail it back and wait for a replacement. The folks on the phone were not polite."
