Employee Issues
"Had car inspected and failed for a couple of reasons. Repair the issues and bring it back first thing in the morning and the manager never shows up to open . After an hour and half waiting, I have to leave and come back slightly after lunch. I am told it will take 2 to 3 hours before my car can be reinspected even though reinspections are suppose to be priorty in the state of Virginia. I am unformed that there are 3 reinspections ahead of me and that is the cause for the wait. When a car is reinspected only the failed issues are supposed to be checked so not sure how it would take that long to be seen. I am left with coming back another day at opening and hope they do not have employee issues again and actually open because I cannot just schedule a time for reinspection either."
