"I finally installed the part you sent. I had to write a bad review to get a phone call from you. You were very rude to me on the phone. You said I needed a man to install the part. Well I did it myself. I did not appreciate the way you talk to me. I could NOT get a call when I left a message or emailed your support, but this got your attention. Not a way to do business."
