Lousy customer service
"I ordered a curio cabinet. Arrived with all the glass shattered in the front window. I called customer service and they asked me to email pictures. Did so. Despite repeated calls back, I have received no response other than a promise that I'll get a call back. Tried again today and keep getting "your call cannot be completed." Would not recommend buying from these people."
