simply the worst
"On April 24,2021 I ordered through Walmart.ca two kinds of fertilizers ( Espoma organic staff rated the the best, not available in Canada), one for bulbs and one for roses. Walmart billed my MasterCard, sent me an invoice, which got me alerted right away, because the order was split into two separate shipments with only one tracking number for both items. The shipments for both items was April, 14.On April,13 I picked up only one parcel ,when my dog Barked at the door, wondering about the other,checked the tracking number, showing : delivered (one or both?).To make the story short,To trace the second parcel , about $US 60.00 for 18 pound bag, I contacted Walmart customer service 4 times, they referred me to Virventures, who in response provided me with three different tracking numbers, showing in each of them delivery is completed. The call to their head office in Huston was also useless. When I asked Walmart for refund, they said it the third party, VirVenture,has to refund me. in this agony I still hope to recover the money."
