Adagio offers an extremely wide selection of teas, but their delivery service works unusually irresponsible
"AdagioTeas offers a big selection of all kinds of teas for different tastes and at adequate for the good tea prices. However recently Adagio seems to have changed the postal service to deliver orders and their new postal service works extremely irresponsibly and incredibly slow - their new postal service constantly/repeatedly reschedules the promised delivery date for a long time and if earlier my orders came to me in 3 days, then their new postal service delivers orders within 14-21 days at least even though the Shipping Information page on the Adagio's website promises prompt delivery of all packages within 5 days maximum"

Disgusting service and deterioration of product quality-
"disgusting service. YvesRocher e-store hasn’t been in a hurry with delivery of orders before, but now this situation has deteriorated significantly. They shipped me my order 2 weeks after my purchase - in 2 weeks I demanded a full refund because I did not receive my order, they refused to return the money, but they said that my order is ready for shipment and again promised to deliver it within the next 10 days. As for product quality, the quality of some Yves Rocher products has deteriorated significantly too- for example, some shower gels now have a different smell than before."
