"UPDATE, 8/31/11: The company agreed to a refund and we now consider this case resolved. BUYER BEWARE!! This company does not stand behind its products. Be VERY careful when you order. We ordered one thing and they shipped another. When we called, they stated there were no refunds under any circumstances. In addition, the tile had a paper backing that smelled of mildew and the tiles themslves like they were covered in mildew. Nasty tile, even worse customer service."

"I ordered two Oxygen sensors from this company on Sept. 28 (a.m.) because they guaranteed next day air. We needed the parts THE NEXT DAY. I confirmed the next day shipping with someone on the phone, and through their online Chat service. Luckily,I saved the chat log. Next day - no parts. I called and was put on hold forever, called back, same thing. Finally got a rude man on the line. He blamed UPS. The parts arrived two days later, after we'd already bought them from a dealership. In order to return them, I had to get an RMA number from the company. Ok, got that on the 30th and shipped them back on Oct. 9 with insurance and tracking. Called the company a week later and after once again having trouble getting through, I got another rude man on the phone. He stated that I'd have to wait 1 month for my $219 back, and then I'd only get part of it. I told him that his company had not fulfilled their part of the bargain and therefore I wanted a full refund. His response was to hang up on me. I was so stunned that I called my bank and they're pursuing a fraud claim against this company, but here's some advice: DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVEWIRE. If, for some reason, you choose not to take this advise, here's some additional advice: SAVE EVERYTHING. Every receipt, ever chat log, and record yor phone calls. You're gonna need it to get your money back."
