"I ordered a pair of parsons chairs as a Christmas gift for my son. When the chairs arrived, the color was lighter that my son's other furniture - the result being that I had to return the chairs. I must say that your customer service is excellent. Others, like myself, sometimes feel uneasy ordering from a non-local firm. However, my order was expertly handled as was the product return. Your company was always in communication with me throughout the entire process - never once did I wonder what the status of my order happened to be at the moment. Great customer service is difficult to find these days but it alive and well in your firm. Certainly, I would place another order with confidence. Lark"
