"Looks like I should have checked out all these reviews before ordering! I placed an order on Sep. 15, 2015 and cancelled the same day after finding out that it may not be permitted into Canada and if it was confiscated at the border I would not be refunded and there were no guarantees. So I went through the proper channels of emailing to cancel my order, and like several other people on here, have had several emails back and forth but STILL no refund a month and a half later! Extremely poor customer service and processes, starting to make me wonder if they are just a scam company! My bank dispute department has been notified and hopefully I can get my money back that way. I would highly recommend you avoid buying anything from this company!!"
