Essential RIP OFFS!!!!!
"I ordered a ladder, and received a totally different ladder than the one described. I noticed the SKU # was different from the one I ordered. So I requested an exchange, or my money back. I was asked to take a picture of the ladder, which I did and explained the difference, and the different SKU. I kept getting the same emails over and over stating that my request was being reviewed, and they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I finally had it! I was willing to work with them, but after this so called NO HASSLE return is nothing but a BIG LIE!!!! I should have read the reviews first. Believe me NEVER AGAIN!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Plus I found the same ladder at Ace Hardware, for $39.99. Essential hardware ripped me off for a total of $79.00!!! GRRR!"
