"I ordered several comforters from their site. Then a couple of days later, they canceled part of my order without notifying me. I only realized it because they refunded that portion. When I requested that they just cancel the entire order and provide a refund, they said it was my responsibility to ship it back to them, or I would be charged an additional fee. When I check the tracking number, it says that it hasn't even shipped yet! I had to dispute the payment with my bank."
