The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced
"My parents ordered a swing set for my daughters for their birthdays. The one that arrived was completely rotted, and every bit of wood was unacceptable. The woman with whom I spoke, Gail, informed me that she would send a tracking number as soon as the replacement parts shipped. She didn't. To my surprise, the shipping company called to schedule a delivery, and I reached out to Gail asking her to resolve the issue of a garage full of rotting wood. She said there was nothing she could do and to dispose of it in any way I liked. She even suggested that I burn (!) the TREATED wood, or cut it up and put bits of it in the trash every week. (Really!?) She wouldn't give me her last name or the name of her superior. When I refused shipment and asked her to refund the money and cancel the order, she said that I would have to pay return shipping for a completely defective product. Do yourself a favor, and buy from a company who puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list. I have no idea how they run a business this way. And, Gail should be fired."
