Horrible Customer Service!
"Lost my precious 14 year old Grandson so ordered these bands to give to family members. I was very precise, got debossed and approved order.
Order came, I was excited but to my dismay, I couldnt even read it without magnifying glass. So disappointed and could not hand them out as I had planned.
Wrote company and they said sorry you approved order. Yes I did, however, I own a debossed band and I can read it perfectly. Then came a second email saying well for an additional cost we might fix it. I'm like are you kidding me?? Never ever would I recommend this company! Would post photo but see there is no option."
