No attention to detail!
"I ordered a power cord for my laptop. I sent an email to ask for a tracking number and to see when I should be receiving it. Have been emailing them for a few days. They keep asking for pictures of the battery. I don't need a battery! I need the EXACT POWER CORD I ORDERED. I asked for a refund. I doubt I will ever see it."
