"Extremely happy with the warranty I purchased for my two iPhones AND the excellent customer service (via email) I received when I had to file a claim. The response to my claim was immediate and the instructions that followed were clear and concise. The first claim warranted me sending in one of my phones for repair. The turn-around time was within 5 days. The response to my second claim impressed me the most... Securranty could have easily suggested that I send my "dead" phone to them for repair and suffer paying the deductible; however, since I had not dropped my phone or spilled anything on it, they suggested I take the phone to a local shop to get it repaired and they would reimburse me. I did this and it turns out the phone just needed to be reset--at no cost to me. I have referred Securranty to many of my friends and family members because I've been impressed with my warranty and their customer service."
