"Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I received a damaged item in a recent order. I immediately contacted customer service. It took over a week to receive a reply that was clearly a form email. It then took another week after my next reply to receive yet another form email about their generic return policy. I am so disappointed with the lack of response about an item that was sent in extremely poor condition."
