Horrible quality and customer service
"I've had to return my eternity band three times due to stones falling out. I take my band off every night, never cook or clean or work out within on, but the manager I spoke to very rudely told me it was my lifestyle that was the problem. Kim hung up on me because I was very upset that I spent $1000 for a ring I can only wear for a month or less until a stone falls out. I was refused another manager to speak to. I finally got my band repaired after weeks of horrible attitude from ZIAMOND representatives and two months later, I am going to have to go through the repair process once again! Do not waste your money!!!"
