Ridiculous Return Policy
"Purchased a skincare set that just did not work for my skin. Had itching and irritation after 5 days. Called to return for credit or refund, but their policy forbids the return of opened product. How is that possible in this day and age? Vendors curse Amazon, but at least they have a fair return policy. The person I spoke with in customer service kept putting me on hold to discuss my case with someone else. When he returned to tell me that I was not following the regimen correctly, I asked to which product in the regimen he was referring, and he was talking about a completely different product. In any event, $299 down the tubes. Lesson learned! Must read return policies before ordering from any site in the future!"
