"I placed an online order on December 14th at 11am. Your site was advertising "still time 'til Christmas" and this was the reason I bought it from you and didn't go to the store! Because I didn't receive an email with a shipping tracking number, I called the costumer line and a lady told me that it was still in process! this was four days later. On December 20th I received an email saying that the item was shipped. I was really happy until I saw the Delivery date: January 3rd! This was a Christmas gift for my husband. I'm upset because you had a false advertisement and I needed to go rushing to the store to get something last minute.
Last email I sent to costumer service, they wrote me back with a link to track the package!
